This beautifully renovated house in Mooloolaba was designed by architect David Oliver and built by Coastal Style Constructions. It comprises a two story construction, doubling the original house in size. The newly renovated home considers energy efficiency with controlled solar design of glass areas, windows and louvers positioned to capture breezes and abundant natural light. The open plan living area connects to a large outdoor living room and pool area via 6 metre wide triple sliding doors. The north facing outdoor room features a butterfly roof, which maximises light and airflow to both the outdoor room and the adjoining living areas.
